LED Lenser LL7847 David 19 (Digitac II) Black

The David 19 series comes in Black (7847) and Silver (7848).

The LL7847 is a perfect small tactical torch for professionals. Utilising just one AA battery, it pumps out 39 lumens of nice clean white light. The focused beam is bright and has a good throw for such a small flashlight.

Many of our customers are amazed at the amount of light this little guy puts out. Whenever anyone compares how their multiple-LED 3AAA units stacks up against this little wonder, we have to clean the spot of blood off the floor where their jaws landed. Then we hand them a tissue to wipe off the saliva from their chins.

The David 19 comes in Black (LL7847) and Silver (LL7848).




The main differences between the Digitac I and Digitac II are the following :

1. Digitac II has a more focused beam,
2. Digitac II has a larger head,
3. Digitac II costs $5 more.



The LL7848 is a perfect travel companion, being powerful yet light, small and handy. Having one sitting on your hotel bedside table would be almost essential. In the case of any emergency, be it a fire, a blackout or just fumbling in the dark for the light switches, this mighty fella will be able to provide you with up to 12 hours of brilliant white light from just one AA battery. LED Lenser LL7843 David 15 (Digitac I) Titanium Blue

As part of the Digitac I range of LED Lensers, comprising of 7840 (Black), 7841 (Silver), 7842 (Stainless Steel) and 7843 (Titanium Blue), the LL7843 stands out very nicely! The Titanium Blue colour is very unique and distinct!

Just like the rest of the Digitac series, this uses just one single AA battery. Pumping out 38 lumens of pure white light is amazing! The beam is nice and round and very even.

This unit is a perfect EDC for those who like the blue colour and want a nice slim light.

The Luxeon LED lasts 100,000 hours and the battery burn time is approximately 12 hours. Using a rechargeable battery is fine too.

LED Lenser LL7840 David 15 (Digitac I) Black

The Digitac I range of LED Lensers, comprising of 7840 (Black), 7841 (Silver), 7842 (Stainless Steel) and 7843 (Titanium Blue) are a nice EDC (EveryDay Carry). Using just one single AA battery, it is a nice addition to any collection. Using AA batteries on a flashlight is a safe bet as you can find AA batteries in almost any corner of the globe. (And probably on other planets as well!)

The LL7840 pumps out 38 lumens of white light from the single AA battery which powers it. The Luxeon LED gives a nice even white spot with no dark spots. Comparing it to the Digitac II, which most people usually ask to do, the Digitac I has a larger spill and less throw.


With a rated 12 hour battery lifespan for a single AA battery, the LL7840 outpowers and outshines many Maglight-and-the-like flashlights. If you intend to compare it to a multiple LED "China-made" flashlight, you would probably throw your 9-LED, 12-LED or 20-LED flashlight in the bin once you do compare them. (Plus yours probably uses 3 AAA batteries!)

As with our current LED Lenser models, the Luxeon LED has a lifespan of 100,000 hours.

As part of the Digitac I range of LED Lensers, comprising of 7840 (Black), 7841 (Silver), 7842 (Stainless Steel) and 7843 (Titanium Blue), the LL7842 is a stunner!

Just holding the LL7842 in your hands, you can feel the weight of the Stainless Steel from this small wonder. If you compare it to the other anodised Aluminium Digitac Is, you can feel a distinct difference in the weight.

Looking at the body of the LL7842, you will find that the openings are barely noticeable. It's almost as though there is no opening to put the battery in! And there are actually 2 seams!
